Purchases made between 1rst October and 31st December can be returned until 31st January, and purchases made outside of this time will qualify for the standard 30-day return policy.

What is the Return Policy at Anthropologie?
Returns made within thirty days of purchase will be refunded for the original selling price. After 30 days, a store credit will be issued for the original selling price.
For orders placed online, the window for return will depend on the date of delivery of the item to your home.
Any orders placed before 1rst August 2022 can be returned within 60 days of the purchase date.
Anthropologie will accept returns that are not worn, washed, or altered in any way. The tags must be attached, and the item must be in the original packaging. If merchandise is defective, it will most likely be accepted for a return.
Store returns, except for bridal sets, wedding gowns, and delivered furniture, are accepted. These items must be shipped back to the warehouse. If an item was purchased at an independent store, that must be returned to that store.
You may still qualify for an exchange at the item’s current price if you do not have your receipt.
Protective and reusable face masks, wellness items, menstrual cups, and items marked “Final Sale” can’t be returned.

What is Anthropolgie’s In-Store Return Policy?
Items returned to all US and Canada stores are free if they are returned to a store. The original packing list or email is needed for any refunds or returns, which will be made to the original payment form.
If the packing list or email is unavailable, a store credit will be issued as long as you have a government-issued ID.
Anthropologie does have the right to refuse a return without the original packing list. Any jewelry being returned must have the original packing list.
You can contact the nearest store for a mail return if you cannot get to a store. A store gift card will be issued at this event.
What is Anthropologie’s Online Return Policy?
Anthropologies’ online return policy is similar to their store return policy. A refund will be issued if an item is returned within thirty days of delivery, and a store credit will be issued if the return is made after thirty days.
All merchandise can be returned to stores except bridal sets, wedding gowns, and delivered furniture. This must be sent back to the warehouse.
Certain upholstery will be subject to a restocking fee and applicable taxes. This fee will be deducted from the refund once it is processed.

How to Return an Online Item to Anthropologie
You can return items purchased online at anthrologie.com using their iOS app or by phone.
- Sign in to your account
- Select the item you wish to return
- Start your return
- Print your label
- Pack up your item
- Affix the return label to the package
- Schedule a pickup from UPS or USPS
Sign in to your Anthropologie account, and select order history. Find the item you wish to return and begin your online return by selecting Start a Return or Exchange and then follow the directions. You will then be asked to print your label.
Once you are done, you will get an email with your tracking information and a copy of your return label.
Once you have your item packaged up, be sure to remove the original shipping label. Make sure you have your return slip in with the item being returned. Then affix the printed return label to the package.
You can then schedule a pickup from UPS or USPS. Return labels are only good for orders shipped in the United States, and a $5.95 return shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.
Returns are processed in one to two weeks, but additional delays may occur. If you have multiple items to return, they must be in separate packages with their return label.
Returning Furniture
Unlimited furniture delivery items that are in a resaleable condition can be returned within thirty days of the date of delivery.
These items must be shipped back using their delivery service and cannot be brought to a store.

How To Return Furniture to Anthropologie
If the items you wish to return were delivered via delivery service, you need to contact a furniture specialist to schedule a pickup. You can not return furniture to stores.

You must contact a furniture specialist for a return label if your item was shipped via UPS. A shipping charge of $5.95 will be deducted from your refund.

What is the Exchange Policy at Anthropologie?
You can exchange your item for the same item in a different color or size, and Anthropologie will provide a free label for you to exchange your item and waive the shipping fee.
Exchanging your item for a different item is easy too. Simply go to your order history and select “Start a Return or Exchange,” and once you have completed that, continue shopping for the item you wish to exchange it with.
If the item you received was broken or damaged, do your best to repack it and send it back. If you think you ordered the wrong item, contact the company for more assistance in reviewing their inventory before the exchange is processed.
Returning Bridal and Wedding Attire
Bridal and wedding attire can be returned as long as it is unwashed, unworn, and not altered. It must be free of stains, debris, pet hair, and pin marks.
All the original tags must be attached to the item and returned in the original packaging.
Your gown or bridal sets will come with a prepaid return shipping label, and there is no charge to use the label.
When your wedding attire is packaged back up, remove the original shipping label before attaching the return shipping label.
Your packing slip must include the reason for your return and be tucked in with the merchandise.
