Can I Return Without a Receipt at Abercrombie?

A receipt, invoice, or order confirmation is required for all returns at Abercrombie. If you are returning a gift, you will need to provide a gift receipt and you will receive store credit rather than a refund.

You can start returns on their website. Returns need to be received by Abercrombie within 30 days of the last shipping date. You will need to have your invoice or order number in order to start a return. 

Items need to be in resalable condition and tags need to be attached (if applicable). 

If you return your item within the 30 day window, you will receive a refund to the original form of payment, if still available.

Abercrombie will provide you with a USPS return label and you will need to bring your package to a USPS location for shipping or delivery to a mail carrier if applicable.

You will need to have either your receipt, order confirmation, or invoice to make a return. You can return online or in-store purchases to any Abercrombie & Fitch or Abercrombie kids store (provided you made your purchase in the U.S. or it was made in U.S. dollars).
