When Does Phonak’s Hearing Aid Warranty Begin?

Phonak initiates the warranty for all their hearing aids on the day you purchase it. Therefore, you must keep your proof of purchase in a safe and secure place where you can retrieve it easily if you need to.

They will not honor any warranty conditions without this proof of purchase.

What Does a Phonak Hearing Aid Warranty Cover?

Phonak’s hearing aid warranty covers defects in the hearing aid itself. During the specified warranty period, you can send it back to Phonak for repairs.

In the event there’s complete damage incapable of repair, you can take it back to the original authorized dealer from where you purchased the hearing aid.
