When it comes to making a return on a sale item, it must not have been marked 50% off or more at the time of purchase.

Any item that was marked 50% or more off, is a final sale and not eligible for any return or exchange.

3. Short Time Limit On Returns

Aritzia’s products are high-end items, but when it comes to making a return they’re stingy with the time allotted to make that return.

You have 14 days from the date of shipment to receive the item in the mail, try it on, and decide to send it back. 

That’s a pretty short period of time, especially if something happens to the package in the mail. If it’s returned within those 14 days you’ll receive the full refund as long as the items are in the required condition. 

Anything returned outside of those 14 days will be available for merchandise credit on an e-gift card only. And keep in mind, you still have to get returns processed before 30 days of the original date of purchase for any refund.

2. They’ve Taken Steps To Become More Eco-Friendly

Or make small payments to a larger order balance with Afterpay. And in case you utilize one of these products for your original purchase at Aritzia, you can still receive a refund. 

With Paypal, you become eligible for a full refund, but the items must be mailed back. Additionally, if you used Paypal while in-store to make a purchase, you’ll receive the refund in the form of a merchandise credit. 

With Afterpay used online to purchase, the items must also be mailed back to be eligible for a refund. Once received you’ll see the money reimbursed to your Afterpay account.

If you’ve used Afterpay in store you may receive a refund on your credit card, exchange, or merchandise credit.

How Do I Make A Return By Mail?

The steps to initiate a return via mail are easy: 

  1. Sign in to your Aritzia account and find the Order History page. If you don’t have an account with Aritzia you can simply find the order number and utilize the Order Tracking page. From here you’ll find additional details about the order
  2. From the details page, select the Return Item button and fill out the requested information on the form that’s presented
  3. Make sure to review all the order details before submitting
  4. You should’ve received a return shipping label with the original order. Pack all your items for return and carefully follow the instructions presented on the Return Confirmation page. You’ll need to ensure you know the correct carrier to find the proper drop-off location and hours 
  5. Be diligent in getting the return postmarked and in the mail before 30 days of the original shipping confirmation and e-receipt. You’ll need to have it returned before 14 days to receive the full reimbursement to your original form of payment
  6. If you lost the original return label and need another contact the Aritzia concierge with the order number, phone number, and address 

As soon as the return is received, it will be processed within 7-10 business days and the refund will be issued within 10-14. You’ll get an email confirming when the return is complete. 

What Are The Conditions Required For An Item To Be Returned?

There are a few contingencies to the return policy that must be followed.
