Aritzia lets you return any regularly priced item for a full refund if it’s returned within 14 days of the shipping date. Returns within 30 days will be refunded within the form of a merchandise credit or an e-gift card.
As with any return policy, it’s always best to keep your receipt on hand when you buy something new and return it as soon as you know you aren’t going to wear it.

What Is Aritzia’s Christmas Return Policy?
Christmastime is a great opportunity to do some holiday shopping with friends, and if you’ve come home with something that just doesn’t look as good there as in the changing room, don’t fret.
Aritiza understands that you may buy something that you don’t want and have a good reason to return it.
If you made your purchase in store, you’ll need to either return or exchange your purchase in any Aritzia store near you.
For purchases made online, you have the option to return your purchases either online or in store. Returning your items directly to a store is usually faster, but online returns give you the convenience of shipping your parcel directly from home.
As an important note, if you’ve purchased a swim top, bottom, or other related accessories, you can only follow through with your return online. You are able to return items bought on sale only if you purchased them online.
Any online sale items that are marked down 50% or more are considered final sales and cannot be returned to Aritzia.
In addition, the following online purchases are considered final sale:
- Intimates
- Bodysuits
- Hosiery
- Face masks
- The Super Puff Personalized
Be warned: any items that are on sale in store are considered final sales and cannot be returned.
To return your item, it must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unworn
- The item must be washed
- The item must be unaltered and undamaged
- All original tags must be attached
- Your receipt is included
With all these conditions met within the timeline, you should have no problem returning your item.
Keep in mind that if you’ve purchased swimwear and want to return it, the hygiene seal must still be intact. If it is not, Aritzia won’t accept your return for this item.
What Is Aritzia’s Refund Policy?
Aritzia is committed to refunding your items back to the original payment method you used as long as you return the item within 14 days.
If you bought in store, that means as soon as you make your purchase; however, if you paid online, then the 14-day timer starts once the item has been shipped.
After 14 days has elapsed, Aritzia will no longer refund items back to their original payment method.
On the bright side, you can still get merchandise credit via an e-gift card if you return the item within 30 days, allowing you to essentially get the money you spent back for another Aritzia purchase.
You can expect Aritzia to take 10-14 days to process your refund—sometimes longer depending on the shipping speed.
You’ll need to keep in mind that if you buy an item on sale, it can be returned for merchandise credit only. No original forms of payment refunds will be allowed.
How Will Aritzia Refund My Purchase?
There are several ways you can make a purchase with Aritzia, so keep in mind that they will always return your money via the original payment method.
If you pay by gift card, you cannot convert it to cash, and Aritzia will refund your purchase by adding credit to a gift card.
Orders purchased through PayPal can only be refunded to PayPal if you ship the item back to Aritzia. If you return them in store, you’ll only have the option of getting merchandise credit or making an exchange.
Lastly, online orders using Afterpay will be eligible for returns to your Afterpay account if mailed back; returns in store will be refunded via exchange or merchandise credit.
What Is Aritzia’s Exchange Policy?
If you bought an item that you want to exchange, you are more than welcome to, both online or in store. Just keep in mind that purchases made in store can only be exchanged at an Aritzia location, not online.
You have 3 weeks to decide you want an exchange, which gives you the flexibility to walk home with a brand-new item of clothing rather than having to wait for your refund to be processed.
How to Return Your Items to Aritzia
The simplest way to return your items to Aritzia is to take it directly back to your nearest Aritzia. If you bought your item in store, your only option to return it is in person.
There are no mail returns available for items bought in store. For purchases made online, however, you have the option to either mail it back to Aritzia or return it directly to a store.
To return online, log into your Aritzia account and access your Order History page to view your order. If you don’t have an account, don’t worry!
You can still use their website to create a return label using the Order Tracking Form, but if you checked out as a guest when you made your purchase, an $8 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Once you see your order details, click Return Items and fill out the Return Request Form. Then, once you’ve reviewed the information listed, click on Process Return.
Once you’ve initiated the return online, you’ll need to get the return label provided with your original order and pack your order as originally shipped to you.
Refer to the guidelines on the Return Confirmation page and select your preferred carrier.
You’ll need to postmark your package and drop it off or schedule a pickup with your carrier within 30 days of your Shipping Confirmation and e-receipt email.
Once Aritzia receives your package, your return will be processed in 7-10 business days so that you can get your refund.
