Online Purchases

You can make a return of an online purchase for a full refund within 14 days of the ship date.

After 14 days, you can receive store credit in the form of a gift card, as long as the merchandise is returned within 30 days. 

Returns of online purchases are not allowed after 30 days. 

All returned items must be in original condition, not worn or washed, and include all original tags. All swimwear liners must be attached. 

You will need a receipt or order number for all returns. 

Keep in mind all exchanges need to be done in store. There are no online exchanges at this time. (You will need to make a return and then start a new order.)

To initiate a return, start at your order history page. You can include multiple items from one order, even if shipped separately. If you are returning from multiple orders, you will need to contact customer service.

In-Store Purchases

If you purchased your items in-store, you will need to return in-store with a valid receipt. 

You can receive a full refund for 10 days after purchase if you return to a store in the same country in which you made the purchase. 

If you return within 21 days, you will be eligible to receive a gift card for the amount of the merchandise. 

Are Aritzia Returns Free?

If you return online, an $8 fee shipping fee (plus applicable taxes) will be deducted from the amount of your refund. If you return in-store, you will not need to pay the fee.

Can I Make an Exchange at Aritzia?

Exchanges can only be made in-store. In-store exchanges are available for online or in-store purchases.

Likewise, if you purchased your products in a U.S. store, they can only be returned to a U.S. store.
