Adidas Return Policy For Worn Shoes (What’s Covered and More)

Adidas Return Policy Worn Shoes

Jessica, do you know what Adidas’ return policy for worn shoes is? This is one of the questions our readers ask a lot. Well, we´ve got you covered.

Purchasing shoes online can come with some difficulties since you are unable to try them on before purchasing. How long do you have to return Adidas shoes?

Can sworn Adidas shoes still be returned? Worn Adidas shoes may be returned depending on their wear and the policy of each store but may be subject to a restocking fee. However, Adidas items in new condition may be returned for up to 30 days for any reason. This includes their line of shoes.

Below we look at the return policy for Adidas and see if we can return worn shoes.

Adidas Return Policy

The Adidas return policy states they will offer free returns on all items regardless of the reason within the first 30 days of purchase.

The item must be in the same new condition as when purchased. They will also refund the cost of shipping the item if you are unable to return the item to an outlet store. During the holidays the return window is often extended to 60 days.

Adidas Refund Policy

If you return the item to an outlet store you must provide the receipt, or you will receive full credit for the item. If you do not have a receipt, you will receive credit for the current sale price of the item.

Your payment will be returned to the original source when purchasing the item. If you purchased the item with a gift card, your return will be put back on the gift card.

If a partial payment was made with a gift card, that amount will be returned to the gift card before returning the payment to the alternative payment method.

After your return, you should receive a full refund credit to your account in 10 to 14 business days. If you have not received a refund in 14 days, you should follow up with customer service to ensure the refund is processed.

Adidas.com Returns and Refunds

You return any product within 30 days for any reason if purchased through adidas.com. The items must be in new condition with the original tags still attached.

If you do not like the size, they will exchange it for free. Adidas.com purchases may not be returned to retail stores. The return must be done through Adidas.com

When returning to Adidas.com you must create a shipping label at the adidas.com return portal. You will also have to drop the package off at any FedEx shipping location. You may not ship your item back without first printing the FedEx shipping labels.

Your return will be processed, and you receive the refund within 21 days of your return being received at the warehouse.

There are some exceptions to this policy. Yeezy brand or hype products must be returned within 7 days. Gucci and Balenciaga must be returned within a 14-day return period. Each product page will explicitly show the shortened return policy. During the holiday season, the return window is often extended to 60 days rather than the 30-day window.

Adidas.com Exchange

Within 7 days of any purchase, you have the option to open an exchange for that item. Exchanges are only currently available on different sizes of the same product at this time.

You can not process an exchange for a different item at this time.

You will need to drop off your return at an authorized FedEx location within the 7-day window.

Any orders that are shipped back longer than 10 days from purchase will be processed under the return policy and refunded to the original payment source.

Adidas Shoe Return and Refund Policy

Returning new never worn Adidas shoes fall under the same category and limits of their return policy. They must be new, have the tags attached, and be in the original box to be eligible for a return.

They can be returned within 30 days for any reason. When shipped back to Adidas.com they will also be refunded within 21 days.

If they were purchased at Adidas.com you will need to return them through the Adidas.com return portal also.

Adidas Shoe Return After Being Worn

If you have purchased shoes through Adidas.com and are unsure of the fit, ensure you try them on and wear them around the house to avoid issues when you return them.

If your Adidas shoes have been worn they may still be eligible for a return. This will depend on the condition of the shoes and the policy of each store.

There may be a restocking fee when returning worn shoes. They will still require the receipt and original box for return.

Adidas Warranty

Any product purchased from Adidas is also covered under their one-year warranty program. It offers a free replacement of any product within twelve months of the original purchase.

This warranty will cover any manufacturing defects. It will cover fittings, stitching, and any adhesives used on the products.

This warranty covers all of their shoes as well as any cleats. If any shoes or cleats are damaged within the first year of owning them they will be replaced under the warranty program.

If the warranty item is no longer available a suitable replacement may be used.

There are a few limitations to the warranty program. Damage caused by accidents or modifications will not be covered under the warranty policy. Items purchased over 12 months ago will not be replaced under a warranty.

Conclusion

Adidas has a simple and easy-to-understand return policy. They are a favorite brand due to the fact you will be able to return any new item within 30 days for any reason.

Their shoes fall under this return policy. They are eligible for replacement under the warranty policy for up to 12 months from the original purchase.

Previously worn shoes may still be eligible for a return despite being worn depending on the store and their individual policy.

When returning worn shoes, you will need the original tags and box. You will be required to pay a restocking fee.
